Upon receipt the Belt was found to be already opened. I spoke to Fuss3 who sent an email to me to say that if there was any problem with the belt when I came to use it then they would replace it. I would rather have had a replacement there and then but this seems a fair option.

One issue I am awaiting a response on is a VAT charge for the goods when they were being sent abroad. I have supplied our VAT number here which should suffice for no VAT being charged in th UK.

i was let down by another supplier and Fuss3 were fantastic! i called them at 16:55 saying i needed the toner cartridges asap and they checked with their warehouse and shipped the goods that evening and i had them by noon the next day. can't ask for more

Everything was fine with the product and Fuss3. The only problem was that the carrier delivered the package to my neighbour and didn't leave a card!

Excellent - I don't really regard myself as computer literate and my son usually does this sort of thing for me! Since I managed to find what I wanted and order it, the site etc must be good!!!! Also it didn't turn up on the day expected. It took only a quick phone call to a chap who was friendly and helpful to establish what had happened. He phoned back within minutes and said that he had arranged proirity delivery the next day. Very impressed - you don't often get this level of service these days. I have always found Fuss3 to be very efficient and particularly helpful. As I live outsdie the EU, Fuss3 always take off the VAT when exporting. I am an enthusiast for their service.

Fuss3 is THE VERY BEST online vendor that I deal with, bar none. They are responsive, efficient, courteous, knowledgable and they have good prices. They are in a league of their own. They should be used as a customer service yardstick for other companies to emulate.

Great service

All very efficient and cheaper than many others. Only gripe is that the 'order' page on the web site comes up (on my eMac) as gibberish so I have to order by phone - not that this is a problem really.

web access easy, product selection simple, ordering no problem - happy site is secure for my credit card details. Delivery arrived in the morning by courier as I asked for next day delivery, could not be happier with the continued service I receive everytime I order.
