Very good service. Everything worked as it should and I experienced no problems. Courier kept me informed of delivery and undetook telephone survey to confirm access etc for this large product.

Having taken a day off work to receive delivery of a dishwasher ordered from Kitchen Science it turned out that they had the delivery date wrong. They were unsympathetic towards the inconvenience caused and I was told that customer services do not normally take telephone calls. I would not recommend this company as you cannot trust their standard of service, nor that of their customer care.

Ordered 2 different Freezers from website. Advertised prices good but they couldn't supply either model. Attempted to re-request order as item had re-appeared on website - but no dice. Continue to say they are updating website but nothing changes. An absolute waste of time!

ordered a bosch tumble dryer at a good price, only to be told it was`nt in stock but would be by early December.rang a week after ordering (money had been taken out of my account)to be told they still had no delivery date so had to cancel.(8th Dec)Monday morning on my way to work at 7.30 rang by delivery driver to say my dryer would be delivered that day, explained to him it had been cancelled.13th Dec money still not refunded rang again to be told girl on sat had not cancelled.WILL AVOID.

I ordered two appliances from Kitchen Science and received one on the due date. Two failed deliveries of the second item has led to a lot of frustration and time missed off work. They have my money but I do not yet have my oven.

The product I wanted was easily found and the price very acceptable, although I did have to send an email to find out when my appliance would arrive, I was promptly responded to and the appliance arrived on the day and within the time scale that I was quoted. The product was unpacked by the delivery men and placed close to where it was to be installed. All packaging was taken away with the delivery men. A very good service. I would happily use them again.

Bought 4 kitchen products and even changed one the day after ordering, excellent telephone service very helpful. Only problem I had was getting response to email after completing request for multi buy discount, but this was dealt with very quickly by telephone. All applicances arrrived on time without any problems.

Cheapest price on the net for the Neff double oven that we wanted and still did a deal on that price! Helpful staff on the order line and good communications with customer services. Delivery on the day that it was promised. We would recommend Kitchen Science to anyone. Thanks.

got a fantastic dryer and £70 cheaper than any other shop! this is the first item i have bought that cost over £50 on line. i was a little worried as i had not heard of this company before but i am not disapointed and would not hesitate to use them again.

the product was slightly delayed but a lady rang to explain and gave a new delivery date. it came on time after that and I did not have to chase it up. kitchen science website was easy to use and item was low price.

Ordering pricing excellent BUT delivery hopeless, had whoile day off, Van arrived at 19:00 AND IT WASN'T ON THE VAN. Took another 6 days to get delivery, cusomer care was slow and long winded and I was never sure anyone was dealing with it until the day before it arrived! No applogy or compensation offered. Overall I'd go somewhere else.

I ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher and washing machine through kitchenscience. The girl I spoke to was very helpful, she could tell me that both products were in stock and I could get them delivered straight away. Hotpoint phoned me shortly after to confirm the order, they too were very helpful, especially when I had to change the date. Kitchenscience only place the order and then they pass it on to the appliance company. I found both companies provided a very high standard of service.

I ordered a fridge plus old fridge pick up.Had an email letting me know delivery day,I took the day off work nothing!Phoned and after holding for ages I gave my details then was put on hold,then I was talking to a delivery company who knew nothing about the order whatsoever.I then cancelled the order days went by nothing, then I sent another email asking for my money ,they rang me very apolagetic and said to make up they would deliver this sat and not charge collection.But they didnt come! AVOID

My fridge broke down on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year. We went onto the internet to source a replacement and found that most companies wouldn't tell you if they had a product in stock until you placed an order and once we had been through all this hassle, we then found that all the integrated fridges were on a 5-6 week lead time. When I rang Kitchen Science on Monday, to say I was desperate is an understatement - at 5 months pregnant, a cool bag with ice packs is not an ideal situat

I wanted a dishwasher, I also wanted a washing machine and I wanted a tumble dryer! I got the dishwasher, yet to be delivered, but I have given up on the other two. Their prices a great but their customer service is non-existent. Whatever time of day you ring 'they are experiencing very high call volume' A promised in 24-48hr quote never came and the item that is supposed to be delivered on Saturday has not actually been confirmed in anyway I had to phone them!!!!

I ordered a washing machine & the instal./removal of old machine. The machine arrived, the del. men said they knew nothing of the installation, even when we showed them the order confirmation. Eventually they phoned the office who said it would be done next day. Within a couple of hours we had a call to say that this could not be done. After dozens of phone call I had to tell them to remove the machine. I cannot believe they would rather loose a sale than remove the old machine.

I decided to buy a washing machine from these guys partially based on the reviews here and elsewhere. As I wanted to make sure they could deliver up several flights of stairs, I 'phoned them. The girl I spoke to said she was only taking phone calls and she would take all my details and pass them on to a proper salesperson who would then 'phone me back. Imagine my suprise when nobody called back and they just went ahead and ordered the item,debited my card, and booked a delivery date without a '

Very pleased with the service from this company . Confirmation e-mail sent within minutes of order of my Siemens dishwasher. Phone call day before delivery due to confirm same, and advise am/pm. Phone call from driver on day of delivery to say will be with me in half an hour. Will order from them again Also worth noting freephone customer service with polite staff. What more do you want?

I ordered a Samsung American Fridge Freezer in April. It is now July and they have appeared to miss 4 or 5 delivery dates. I have lost count.
They have had a significant sum of money for some time and just blame the supplier - not their own supply chain (they have taken 160 orders for this product!).
I can't believe that after telling me it would finally be delivered in July that they are still advertising the product on their site but telling people stock may be available in August!
